Upon account closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method after any outstanding verification requirements have been met. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or terms violations will not receive a refund of any deposited funds or bonus-derived balances.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the i8ph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the intellectual property of i8ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
